To save you time, opClinical can import your Patient Demographics. You just need to have your practice management software create a 2 line CSV import file with labels on the first line and patient fields on the second lines in this order:
- Patient Name
- DOB
- Age
- Sex
- Insurer Name
- Referring Physician Name
If you can not create an import file, no worry, just click on Skip to enter the form and add the demographics manually
